Eberhardt Village opened in July of 2008 as an extension of our mission to seniors to provide an assisted living home, allowing us to become a continuing care senior community.

Our assisted living plan allows for full independence, yet with many of the services and lifestyle choice options that might be required to allow a senior to have that independence along with having the friendship, care and love of their active neighbors and all of our staff.

Eberhardt Village is a private pay rental facility that you may enjoy with no large, upfront, capital investment on your part. We offer plans for extended living, short duration visits including during the winter months or during the summer when family care givers are on vacation or during rehab, and temporary stays just to see if you find that a home with us is to your liking.

We offer a choice of apartment sizes to fit any liking, and plenty of common areas for activities and socializing. Look over our information on the menus to the left and then plan a visit to Arthur.
